Ulta Haul and Mini Review!

I am back after a long hiatus. I have been so, so, so busy lately with my new job. It has seriously worn me out. But anyways, enough of that... onto the haul!

Well let me just start off by saying this stuff is truly amazing!!!! It includes a self-tan liquid with a spray pump, and a professional mitt. I used it last night after showering and exfoliating, and loved the results that showed up today. It does not have that self-tan smell that most tanning products have. The mitt that comes with it is awesome at spreading out the liquid evenly. Only reason I did not give this a 5 is because I would have liked to be a little darker, but hey... it says luxurious golden bronze.. not luxurious golden dark.

Hands down best moisturizer I have ever tried. I first got this product in the June MyGlam bag. For those of you who don't know what MyGlam is a monthly subscription for $10.00 and you get 4-5 sample beauty products. Definitely worth the $$ each month to try out different products I necessarily wouldn't buy. Anyways, this moisturizer was in the bag and I fell in love with it so much I had to buy the full size. I have combination oily skin, and this stuff does not make my skin extra oilier (sp?) which is something I look for when using moisturizers. It has made my skin overall healthier and for once in my life, I have a clear complexion making this get a 5 out of 5!! :) I definitely recommend trying out this moisturizer if you are on the hunt for a new one!

Description on the packaging says: "environmental factors such as sun, smog and pollution can cloud a complexion. revitalize your spirit and your skin with a quiet moment and a deep breath."

Maybelline One by One Mascara and Maybelline Collosal Mascara

I bought these two mascaras as a buy one get one 50% off (sale going on currently in Ulta for most drugstore brands). I am still trying the One by One mascara out, as it takes me awhile to actually enjoy a mascara. After first application it definitely separated my lashes. So far, I like it, however I am not sure if it will be a repurchase... on the other hand the Collosal mascara is my holy grail mascara. This is probably my 20th tube. The only downfall with this mascara is the smell.. if you can get past the smell, it really is a great mascara if you want volume.

So that was my Ulta haul. Not too bad and all things I have been wanting to try for a LONG time.

I promise to update this more. I have a few ideas I have written down and can't wait to blog about them.

I will be headed to the beach the week of June 25th, so look out for some OOTD's. I may just post a OOTWeek. We will see...

1. How long have you been blogging?
Since August 2011. I didn't post much until recently! It was my New Year's Resolution aha!

2. What are 1-2 reasons why you started blogging?
Most of my friends are always asking me about beauty and hair products and so I figured this was the easiest way to communicate to everyone. :) I also watch beauty youtube videos, and it has inspired me to start my own blog. Maybe one day I will do youtube videos. Would anyone be interested in watching them? Let me know!

3. What types of blogs do you like to follow/read?
Beauty or fashion blogs by far. I love reading reviews and seeing how people put outfits together. I get inspiration from them!

4. What is 1 thing you would like to improve on as a blogger/on your blog?
